Jiaoliao Cuisine

Jiaoliao Cuisine originates from Shandong Peninsula and is dominated by seafood. The dishes always taste fresh and tender, with emphasis on a light taste and good colors.

Ten representative dishes are minced meat and sea cucumber, crispy chicken, household fish, laoshan mushrooms and stewed chicken, raw shell abalone, hot and sour fish balls, fried oyster, fried conch, prawn burning cabbage, and yellow croaker stew with tofu.

Ten featured snacks are grilled squid, sauce trotters, sam sun fried dumplings, cabbage meat buns, spicy clam pull, seafood noodles, ribs and rice, mackerel dumplings, seaweed mesona, and chicken wonton.
