A long-awaited multimedia light show hit the stage of Daming Lake on April 15 in Jinan, Shandong province, attracting much attention from locals.

The Spring City Banquet • Daming Lake Light Show combines vibrant patterns of splashing water with musical lasers, 3D images, and fireworks, resulting in a spectacular one-of-a-kind show.

The show is divided into several sections, including a preface and an epilogue, revolving around the culture and history of the spring city.

This year, multimedia facilities for the show have been improved for better performances. For safety reasons, visitors must wear masks and have their temperatures taken before entering.

The light show is set to run from 20:00 to 20:30 every Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday at Daming Lake. Ticket prices range from 40 yuan ($6.1) to 80 yuan per person.

The night cruise service at the World's Best Spring Scenic Area also opened to the public on April 1. Visitors can take a cruise at Daming Lake and the city moat while enjoying the night views in Jinan.
