Incheon, located in the mid-western part of the Korean Peninsula, is the third largest city and second largest trading port in South Korea. Incheon has many islands and is rich in marine tourism resources. It has developed into a coastal industrial city with booming automobile, steel, furniture, and glass industries. The Chinatown Street in Incheon is the largest overseas Chinese community in South Korea. Incheon established the friendly cooperative city relationship with Jinan, capital of East China's Shandong province, in 2003.
