From a distance, the waterfall looks like white satin dropping from the sky. The bursts of mist make the surrounding air extraordinarily fresh and cool.
Up close, the 50-meter-high waterfall provides inspiration about the joys of nature. It makes people feel at ease as they close their eyes and refresh their spirits, taking deep breaths while walking by the waterfall.

Travelers can pay a visit to the agritainment farm which is located on the south bank of Huangchao Reservoir. Nanshan stir-fried chicken is a specialty of the farm. A big pot of stir-fried chicken can always satisfy most people's appetites.
Huangchao tea is another local specialty product. The high altitude, large difference in temperature between day and night, weak alkaline water and acid soil make the area a perfect place for growing tea.
