The grape mooncakes produced by Jinan Yikang Food Company have become a must-eat delicacy for Jinan locals during the Mid Autumn Festival. The mooncake is made of red grapes that are harvested in  Xinjiang Uygur autonomous region, a renowned place for growing grapes in North China. The mooncake is made with little amounts of sugar and oil and boasts a strong flavor.
