A promotional event focusing on Jinan's intangible cultural heritage (ICH) was recently held at the Jinan Cultural Center on Dec 13, with four tour routes released focusing on traditional operas and arts, cultural heritage craftsmanship, traditional food, and Yellow River culture.

The first route links spots including Laoshangbu commercial district, Jinan Operas and Arts Museum, Nanfeng Theater, Mingshui Ancient City, and Zhangqiu district's Qingye village and Sandefan village.

It emphasizes the origins and depth of Chinese traditional arts, including music, opera, and other cultural performances, while providing an enjoyable and enriching experience.

The route focusing on ICH craftsmanship includes spots like the Jinan Cultural Center, Baihuazhou historical block and Qushuiting street, as well as experiences for woodblock prints, black pottery, and gourd carving.

The Yellow River culture tour route weaves together history, folk culture, and natural beauty along the Yellow River basin, providing visitors with a rich tapestry of the city's distinctive traditions and picturesque landscapes.
