Jinan launches events to embrace golden autumn
Jinan, capital of East China's Shandong province, known as the "City of Springs", has launched various activities to help residents and tourists better appreciate the spring water in autumn, the best season for visiting springs.
The Information Office of the Jinan Municipal People's Government held a press conference on September 12, introducing the series of activities related to autumn springs in Jinan.
It was revealed at the press conference that the activities aim to further explore Jinan's historical and cultural allure, showcase its beautiful natural environment, create new cultural and tourism products, stimulate consumption vitality, and enrich people's cultural lives.
Throughout autumn, Jinan will hold a variety of themed activities centered around important festivals such as the Mid-Autumn Festival, Farmers' Harvest Festival, National Day, and the Double Ninth Festival, with a total of around 100 distinctive events planned.
This initiative feature activities related to culture, commerce, tourism and sports in an effort to promote Jinan's cultural heritage, boost tourism and enhance the overall cultural experience for residents and visitors alike.
The diverse range of events promises to offer something special for everyone, making Jinan a vibrant and exciting destination during this enchanting season.
