Jinan saw a tourism boom over the National Day and Mid-Autumn Festival holidays, with 30 scenic spots welcoming over four million visitors and generating more than 133 million yuan ($18.7 million) in revenue, highlighting the city's strong appeal as a tourist destination.

Iconic attractions such as Baotu Spring, Qianfo Mountain, and Mingshui Ancient Town offered themed markets, performances and interactive activities, providing engaging experiences for visitors, while the renovated historic downtown — including Houzaimen Street and Shangxin Street — came alive with culture, allowing visitors to experience poetry, savor traditional pastries, and enjoy local crafts.

New landmarks drew significant attention, with Quehua Sino-Singapore Park in the Start-up Area for Growth Drivers Transformation attracting around 240,000 visitors with its Singaporean-style landscapes and specialties.

Meanwhile, a rich array of cultural events engaged both residents and visitors. Highlights included hands-on intangible cultural heritage activities, exhibitions of paintings and ancient architecture, and diverse performances such as Lyu Opera and immersive outdoor shows, offering audiences a lively glimpse into the city's traditions and artistic heritage.

Rural tourism also saw a surge. Ten designated routes covering 148 villages were launched, showcasing famous springs, a picturesque countryside, local specialties, and the transformations brought about by rural vitalization.
