Shandong Guoli Economic and Technical Cooperation Ltd and South Korea's Seoyeong University signed an agreement on Nov 11 to collaborate on developing high-level international talent. Both organizations participated in the Dialogue with BRICS – Shandong Enterprise Innovation and Development Conference.

Seoyeong University, with its focus on industry-specific talent and international training, will collaborate with Shandong Guoli to recruit Chinese students for study and employment opportunities in South Korea.

The university offers a dual mentorship model that blends academic learning with practical experience. Students can earn a diploma in two years or a bachelor's degree in four, with paid internships and professional certifications. Graduates will be eligible to work in South Korea with competitive salaries.

This collaboration aims to train 1,500 multi-skilled professionals over the next three years to meet the workforce needs of HD Hyundai Samho, in line with their previous agreement. Through the combined expertise of Seoyeong University and Shandong Guoli, this partnership will improve career prospects for students.
