Jinan talent attraction conference offers 30,000 jobs
The third China (Jinan) High-Calber Talent Attraction Conference was held in Jinan, Shandong province, on March 20.
Over 2,000 employers, including universities, research institutes, new R&D institutions, and state-owned enterprises participated in the event, offering more than 30,000 high-quality jobs.
The positions were in fields such as big data, next-generation information technology, intelligent manufacturing, high-end equipment, biomedicine, health, fine steel, advanced materials, and modern agriculture.
Li Haoran, a PhD graduate from Beijing Jiaotong University, said during the conference that Jinan is building itself into an international transportation hub, and its talent recruitment policies are very attractive. He looks forward to growing together with the city, he added.
Jinan provides strong support in talent recruitment and thoroughly integrates its industrial, talent, and innovation chains, said a recruitment manager from Shandong Youbaote Intelligent Robotics Company. The company is focusing on developing cutting-edging quadruped robots and is looking for professionals in fields such as algorithms, research and development, and operations.
Jinan has been bolstering its development through innovative talent policies. The city has hosted two talent attraction conferences, attracting over 4,000 employers and more than 100,000 talents from both domestic and international markets.
