Russian scientist in Jinan highlights China's AI potential
Russian scientist Aleksandr Raikov has witnessed China's rapid progress in artificial intelligence (AI) research while working on AI systems at the Jinan Institute of Supercomputing Technology.
Raikov, who has a background in radiophysics and is a full member of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences, says China's advances in innovation and technology are creating new possibilities for the future of AI.
