As temperatures rise, residents and visitors alike in Jinan are seeking relief by the water, whether for a quiet stroll, a refreshing swim, or an afternoon of family fun.

For a classic spring-city experience, Wulongtan Park remains a favorite. Shallow spring-fed streams wind through the park, where children splash with water guns while adults soak their feet in the clear water. Ancient pavilions, koi ponds, and leafy walkways add to the relaxed atmosphere.

Huibo Spring, on the southern bank of Jinan's moat, offers a slower pace, with gently flowing spring water and shaded riverside paths creating a peaceful place to unwind.

Those looking to cool off can also take a dip in the Spring Water Pool, an open-air bathing area supplied by the Black Tiger Spring group. The naturally circulating spring water stays at about 15 to 18 degrees Celsius year-round, making it a popular escape from the summer heat.
