Jinan saw a strong turnout during the Mid-Autumn Festival holiday as traditional culture, museum programs, live performances, and fall outings brought diverse experiences to visitors and helped energize the city's tourism market.

The city's 30 major tourist attractions under key monitoring received over 1.21 million visitors and generated 35.91 million yuan ($5.35 million) in revenue during the holiday. The World's Best Spring Scenic Area alone welcomed 448,400 visitors.

Traditional culture was a major feature of the holiday offerings. The World's Best Spring Scenic Area staged a series of celebrations across Baotu Spring and Daming Lake, combining nighttime light shows, traditional performances, intangible cultural heritage experiences, and themed fairs.

Qianfo Mountain featured a cultural parade centered on legendary Emperor Shun (pre-21st century BC), while Mingshui Ancient Town and Rumengling Song Poetry-themed Park hosted poetry gatherings, hanfu (traditional Chinese costume) parades and moon-worshipping ceremonies.

Museums and cultural venues also enriched the holiday experience with exhibitions, performances, and interactive programs. The Jinan Museum, Shandong Museum, and other institutions offered themed activities and educational experiences, creating more opportunities for visitors to engage with traditional culture.

Live entertainment added momentum to the holiday market. A concert by Phoenix Legend – a popular musical duo – and other touring performances attracted visitors from outside Jinan. The city also offered discounts tied to performance tickets at various scenic areas, hotels and restaurants, encouraging concertgoers to explore more of the city.

Autumn tourism provided another draw, with Red Leaves Valley, Jiuru Mountain, and Lingyan Temple hosting seasonal festivals, music events, and interactive activities, further broadening Jinan's holiday tourism offerings.
