The fifth China (Jinan) High-Caliber Talent Attraction Conference begins on March 20 at the Shandong International Convention and Exhibition Center. Building on the success of the previous four editions, the event aims to further connect global talent with Jinan's industrial development.

More than 2,000 employers, including universities, research institutes, State-owned enterprises, and leading companies in specialized sectors, will participate, offering over 30,000 high-quality positions across 16 dedicated recruitment zones. These zones focus on emerging and strategic industries such as artificial intelligence, aerospace, the low-altitude economy, and intelligent manufacturing.

In addition to recruitment activities, the conference will feature exhibition areas highlighting Jinan's innovation ecosystem and cultural vitality. Among them are a zone showcasing the Haiyou sci-tech innovation area and displays highlighting local heritage, cuisine, and rural vitalization initiatives.
