Jigang Group has made a major breakthrough in aerospace manufacturing by applying 3D printing technology to core rocket engine components.

By employing micron-level additive manufacturing, the group has replaced traditional casting and assembly processes with a streamlined digital modeling approach, cutting production cycles from 45 days to just over 10 days.

The technology has significantly improved both quality and cost-efficiency. 3D printing ensures precise, reliable components while drastically reducing alloy material waste, lowering comprehensive manufacturing costs per component by 40 to 60 percent.

Jigang Group has established a fully autonomous 3D printing ecosystem from raw materials to final quality testing, securing its position in the core supply chain of China's leading rocket companies. The group is now expanding the application of its technology to larger components, including rocket fuel tanks.
