A series of cultural activities was held at the Baihuazhou Historical and Cultural Block in Jinan on Sept 6 to celebrate the 21 years since the Baotu Spring started flowing again in 2003.

Dubbed the "City of Springs", Jinan boasts more than 1,200 natural springs, among which Baotu Spring is considered the most famous one and a name card of the city.
