An international medical science park in Jinan, capital of East China's Shandong province, is inviting talents worldwide to help build itself into a global innovation highland.

According to its recruitment plan, outstanding professionals who have made achievements in the medical sciences, engineering, economics and management, are welcomed.

The Jinan Medical Center (JMC), founded by the Jinan municipal government and the provincial authorities, is positioned as a platform to promote the nation's health campaign and the Digital China strategy.

Its establishment is also considered as a move of the provincial capital city to protect the ecology of the Yellow River Basin and seek high-quality growth of the region.

Located in the west area of downtown Jinan, the park covers 35 square kilometers. With a floorage of 2,700 sq m and an investment of 200 billion yuan ($29.29 billion), it has been home to the National Health Medical Data (North Center), a national human genetic resources center, and the Institute of Microbiology of the Chinese Academy of Sciences.

More medical cooperation projects, such as a regional medical center invested by the JMC and Guanganmen Hospital, will settle down in the park, which will further accelerate the park's becoming a leading domestic medical science hub with global influence.
