Jinan, the capital city of Shandong province in East China, has rolled out its second round of preferential policies to attract young talent, officials announced at a press conference on April 21.

This is part of the city's plan to create a full-life cycle talent service system and provide support for younger generations.

Under these policies, young talent can enjoy special dining offers from 688 restaurants and discounts on movie tickets at 11 cinemas. The city has also planned "Open Day" activities for well-known enterprises, inviting talents to visit and apply for job vacancies.

There will also be online recruitment fairs, featuring over 300 enterprises with consistent labor demand.

Jinan is striving to become a modern and prosperous city with a stronger economy and a better quality of life. By providing more opportunities and a better environment for young people to develop their careers, Jinan aims to enhance its competitiveness in the talent market and attract more young talents to the city.

Jinan officials plan to continue releasing more preferential policies for young talent. In June, the city will hold a talent festival with over 200 activities scheduled, including forums and cooperation conferences. This event will provide a platform for talents to show their potential and find their career development path in Jinan.
