A sea of crimson, amber, and gold is blanketing the hillsides of Red Leaves Valley in Jinan, Shandong province, as more than 267 hectares of smoke trees reach their seasonal peak. The foliage sets the mountains ablaze, turning the valley into a richly layered landscape of autumnal colors.

Rising above the woodland, Wanye Tower offers a sweeping view of ardent hues rippling across the slopes. Below, Xuanqiu Lake offers a quieter scene as boats glide across its clear waters, which mirror the fiery foliage and blue sky.
