NACSA delegation visits Jinan returnees town
A delegation from the North American Chinese Student Association (NACSA) visited the returnees town of the Western Returned Scholars Association (WRSA) in Jinan on June 27 to learn about the city's artificial intelligence (AI) ecosystem and talent development initiatives.
At the WRSA returnees town, the delegation learned about the area's development strategy centered on smart computing, intelligent manufacturing, and scientific research, as well as its talent support services, including housing and innovation resources for returning professionals.
During the exchange session, organizers introduced the AI division of the Fifth WRSA Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition. Representatives of NACSA expressed interest in strengthening cooperation in attracting overseas professionals to Jinan.
The delegation also toured the National Supercomputing Center in Jinan, where members visited the Shanhe supercomputing cloud platform and the operations monitoring center to gain a firsthand look at the city's computing infrastructure and technological capabilities.
The visit deepened mutual understanding and laid the groundwork for further cooperation in talent development, innovation, and project incubation in Jinan.
