Minsk delegation visits Jinan to strengthen trade ties
A business delegation from the Minsk Region of Belarus visited key enterprises in Jinan, strengthening trade cooperation and industrial exchanges between the two sides.
The visit took place during the Seventh China–CEEC Local Leaders' Meeting and the 2026 Shandong International Friendship Cities Cooperation and Exchange Week. Organized by the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT) Jinan Sub-council and the China Chamber of International Commerce Jinan, the tour aimed to strengthen business connections, facilitate trade, and explore new opportunities for cooperation.
During the visit, the delegation toured Shandong Mujuzhai Import and Export Co Ltd, a frozen food producer and exporter. Representatives inspected the company's production facilities and product portfolio and expressed strong interest in the company's products.
The two sides expressed interest in expanding cooperation and agreed to continue discussions through reciprocal visits and follow-up negotiations. According to CCPIT Jinan, the event included targeted business matchmaking and in-depth discussions on areas such as technology cooperation, supply chain development, and market expansion. The preliminary cooperation plans reached during the visit are expected to further strengthen economic and trade ties between Jinan and the Minsk Region.
