Jinan launches comprehensive platform for foreign-related services
The Jinan Dedicated Window for Foreign-related Services was launched on Dec 2, enhancing the city's openness and international engagement.
Serving as a comprehensive online platform, it provides streamlined and efficient support for foreign-invested enterprises, foreigners, and Jinan enterprises going global.
The platform consolidates resources from 17 departments, integrating 104 items, including 49 administrative approvals and filings and 55 public services.
For foreign-invested enterprises, the platform covers registration, investment, and operations, providing 20 administrative services and 14 additional services online.
International residents can now access 21 administrative services – including visas, work permits, and talent incentives – alongside 25 other services, supporting immigration, employment, development, talent-related affairs, and daily life.
Local companies expanding abroad can complete pre-consultation, in-process filings, and post-service support entirely online, with country guidance, policy advice, risk alerts, and procedural assistance, enabling efficient market expansion.
The platform also features up-to-date policy access, standardized and user-friendly service guides, integrated online processing, and transparent communication through multiple channels, ensuring that foreign-related stakeholders can navigate services efficiently.
