Dexinzhai vinegar, soy sauce, cooking wine

Dexinzhai was founded in the fourth year of the Yongzheng Period (1678-1735) during the Qing Dynasty (1644-1911), and has a history of more than 300 years. It is among the first batch of Chinese time-honored brands in China. The company mainly produces soy sauce, vinegar, sweet sauce, cooking wine and other traditional Chinese condiments. In 2008, the company's traditional sauce making technique was recognized as a municipal intangible cultural heritage project in Jinan.
