Jinan is accelerating the planning and construction of a logistics park to improve logistics efficiency, reduce logistics costs and innovate logistics modes.

Industrial foundation

Jinan has more than 10,000 logistics enterprises including 10 national 5A-level companies and 270 enterprises above designated size.

In 2020, the city has 40 international freight (including passenger-to-cargo) routes and 542 freight trains to Europe and Asia in service, forming a great international logistics passage connecting Europe and Asia.

Development goals

The city is set to promote new logistics businesses such as supply chain logistics, bonded logistics, multimodal transport and joint distribution.

It is also focused on the construction of logistics parks and cultivation of logistics enterprises aiming to attract the world's top 100 logistics companies and top 50 domestic logistics companies.

Jinan has set a goal of achieving a total social logistics volume of 3.5 trillion yuan by 2020 and it aims to boast a total of 400 enterprises above designated size, including 50 with an operating income of over 100 million yuan.
