Located in Jinan Innovation Zone in Jinan, capital of East China's Shandong province, Qilu Software Park is setting its sights on becoming a renowned hub for software development in China, driving the advancement of new quality productive forces.
It was established 29 years ago, making it one of the oldest software parks in the nation, and has evolved into a well-known hub for domestic and international software and information service industries.
By December 2023, the park had attracted the headquarters or research institutions of seven listed companies and 41 national-level high-tech enterprises, witnessing a growing influx of technological and talent resources.
Leveraging the park, the Shandong big data industrial base has harnessed the aggregation effect of the national industrial demonstration base, strategically introducing enterprises specializing in big data, artificial intelligence, cloud computing, industrial internet, and the internet of things.
According to Zhang Zhen, project manager of the base, the establishment of the Jinan Institute of Quantum Technology in the park will serve as a catalyst for the big data and new-generation information technology industry in Jinan Innovation Zone and all of Jinan, propelling the development and aggregation of quantum technology industries.
Currently, the industry scale of the big data and new-generation information technology in the Qilu Software Park accounts for over 60 percent of that of the entire city.
The park is committed to optimizing the business environment to serve enterprises in the park, accelerating the construction of a new industrial service ecosystem, and consistently enhancing service standards.
