A signing ceremony for a Sheraton hotel took place in Huaiyin district, Jinan, on July 12. It is the first high-end international brand hotel to be built in the western part of Jinan.

The hotel will be located north of Qingdao Road and west of the Beijing-Shanghai High-Speed Railway, with a total construction area of 59,500 square meters.

The 24-story hotel will feature a city reception hall, a trendy garden lobby bar, an immersive banquet hall with a capacity of 1,000 guests, a constant temperature swimming pool, a gym, a 130-seat garden all-day dining restaurant, and 296 guest rooms.

In addition, the hotel will include a 730-square-meter cloud-view Chinese restaurant, offering a unique dining experience, and is scheduled to open in 2028.

The hotel is set to inject new vitality into the creation of the Jinanxi Railway Station hub economic and business district in Huaiyin district. As various commercial projects are built, the consumer market in western Huaiyin is steadily expanding.
