Luweizhai Food Co, established in 1927, is well-known for its marinated pork. Its products have been added to the list of Shandong's intangible cultural heritages.

Luweizhai sells marinated pork knuckles, braised pork trotters, marinated pork ears, and marinated chicken feet, among other deli meats. The marinated pork is prepared using conventional methods such as frying and stewing. The meats are savory and not greasy.

Luweizhai has established over 100 branches in Jinan after nearly a century of development.
