A promotion meeting on recruitment policies and Qiaomengyuan was held in Shandong Hotel in Jinan on Nov 5. Qiaomengyuan is an industry cluster district for overseas Chinese businessman.

The meeting was an important part of the 2018 China Jinan Overseas Chinese Innovation and Entrepreneurship Conference. It provided an excellent platform for Jinan to communicate more deeply with overseas Chinese businessman, science and technology personnel and overseas high-end talents.

General information about Jinan city and its industrial development and talent policies was provided at the meeting. Officials also described the general situation of the Jinan Innovation Zone and Huaiyin Technology Industrial Park, both of which are parts of the Qiaomengyuan project. 

Moreover, the Jinan Prior Zone for Replacing Old Growth Drivers with New Ones and the Jinan Medical Center were promoted at the meeting.

The districts, counties and zones which attended the meeting set up areas for negotiation after the meeting where overseas talents negotiated with the representatives according to their project categories.

The attendees said that the promotion meeting helped both sides better understand each other. Cooperation prospects broadened as talks deepened.
