A child street dance and breaking competition recently lit up Shimao International Plaza in Lixia district, Jinan, bringing the stage to life with youthful energy.

As part of the district's fitness-for-all campaign, the event combined the dynamic appeal of street dance with public fitness activities, while also fostering aesthetic education among students.

Over 300 young street dancers from Lixia took to the stage, while more than 1,000 spectators cheered them on. The program featured thrilling one-on-one battles, expressive solo choreography contests, and high-energy crew battles.

From explosive power moves to intricate choreography, the dancers impressed with both advanced techniques and artistic expressions. Breakers showcased raw strength and refined execution, solo performances conveyed personal stories and emotions through original routines, while crew battles highlighted impressive teamwork and coordination.

Beyond the excitement, the event gave young people a platform to display their talents, learn from peers, and embrace an active lifestyle. Building on this success, Lixia plans to host more such activities to encourage active lifestyles, strengthen fitness, and foster resilience among its youth.
